Obtained from olives sourced exclusively Italian, collected at the right time of
maturation. The extraction is done with mechanical cold, or at a temperature
less than 27 °. Olive varieties "Corato" production area: Barletta, Andria, Canosa di Puglia,
San Ferdinando di P., Tring.

Color: yellow with greenish reflections.

Smell: green olives fruity with grassy and artichoke.

Acidity: & lt; 0.4% oleic acid
