For these and some more reasons the winery has decided to certify its products and the whole productive system and processess. It is fundamental to conform to the European and foreign standards in general. All management systems are certified accordingly to the international and voluntary adherence law: UN EN ISO 9001:2008 (it detects and estimates the business process valuable for the market), The company has also conformed to HACCP systems. An so the company has obtained the certification from Istituto di Certificazione della Qualità CSQA (Federazione CISQ – IQNET) Settore CERTIAGRO.
