It is produced from Malvasia white grapes. These grapes are harvested during the first ten days of September and undergo a soft pressing. They are vinified for 30 days at 12° C. in order to extract the best from the grapes. Its aroma is fruity and it is sapid and soft. It is light straw yellow, tending towards gold.
